As the son of immigrants who did it the “right way” I am proud of their hard work and dedication to the American Dream and I count both my parents as some of the best citizens I know. Their story and my story are not unique and the US needs to concede that the immigrant story whether it came plane, river or sea is integral to the past, present and future success of our great nation.
